During 6 days we will guide you through 4 directions of self perception.

Direction South - The journey starts with an exploration of who you think you are. 
Here we assist you through a reading of your current energy field.
We look at habits, core beliefs, patterns and how they controls your life.

 

Direction West - Through Shadow work you will understand your relationships, present and past, and how they mirror your relationship towards yourself. 

 

Direction North - You will now step into the true power of vulnerability. 
Create a new vision for yourself and your life. Find peace and joy within. 

Direction East - The final step where you shift your consciousness from the mind to the heart. This will allow you to finally experience your life from your true self. We end this journey with a Master Plant Mushroom ceremony (optional).

Every morning starts with our detox Morning Water, breathwork and qigong. All our foods will support your detoxification using plants and herbs prepared with love and knowledge. It will be full day programs with some free time for ocean baths, rest, infra saunas and nature walks. 

 

In our teachings we will incorporate methods such as qigong, breathwork, guided meditations, shamanic processes, body movement, non violent communication, nature, ceremonies, ancient wisdom and sound healing.

We teach you to master some of these techniques and teachings, so they can become a part of your daily routine. We find that a daily practice is essential in order to maintain the advancements you have achieved during the course.

A day at the retreat can look as follows:

7:30 Gathering with our Morning Detox Water followed by guided breathwork, meditation and qigong.

8:30 A vibrating breakfast with plants and superfoods that will support your detoxification. 

 

10:00 Shamanic processes and teachings in nature. We use hikes in the mountains, the ocean, forest and our creek for support in our teachings.

12:30 Lunch with herbs, plants, superfoods from the land that will help building your life force.

13:30 Free time to enjoy the healing nature, ocean baths, our infra sauna, book a private healing session and just have time to integrate.

 

15:00 Class with lectures, processes or body movement.

 

18:30 We gather for a mutual dinner with herbs, plants, superfoods from the land, wild caught fish and foods that will support your vitality. A relaxed setting with a stunning view. 

20:00 We end the day with a drum journey, sound healing or a guided meditation. 


The surroundings

The house is surrounded by breath taking lush forests, high mountains and crystal clear oceans. The ocean offers an abundance of fish which we often enjoy for our dinners. 
If you are lucky you may spot porpoises and sometimes even orcas. Behind the house runs a fresh water creek which bathes the property with a soothing noise. The woods offer a variety of herbs, plants and berries. In the winter time the magic of Northern Lights may appear. On our retreats we work closely with nature and its healing wild force. 

 

Your stay
You arrive Monday evening to check in from 04 pm. We offer a light dinner in the evening.

The retreats ends on Sunday at 04 pm.

Price includes a shared double room at our newly renovated Mountain Lodge, all meals and the whole 6 days experience. Exclusive smaller groups with maximum 14 participants. 

 

We also arrange “The True You Experience” for private groups upon request. 

 

The price does not include flight to or from the retreat, transfer to and from the house and the airport. 

You have reserved your spot when the reservation fee is payed. The full amount shall be payed the latest 3 weeks before your retreat. Cancellation later than 3 weeks before the retreat is non refundable in full amount.
